Booking your first virtual naturopathic visit can feel exciting — and maybe a little uncertain. If you’re new to holistic care, you might wonder what happens during the visit, what to prepare, or how it differs from a traditional doctor’s appointment. This guide will walk you through what to expect so you can feel informed, relaxed, and confident in your care.
1. A Warm, Supportive Conversation — Not a Rush
Your first visit is 60–75 minutes long and centered around YOU. I take time to understand your health story, including your symptoms, lifestyle, diet, stress, sleep, digestion, hormones, and emotional wellbeing.
We’ll explore root causes, not just quick fixes. I may ask about childhood health, past traumas, or changes over time. You are always welcome to share at your comfort level.
2. No Waiting Room, Just Your Safe Space
Our visit takes place over secure video (HIPAA/PIPEDA-compliant). All you need is a stable internet connection and a quiet space. You can be in your living room, office, or anywhere you feel at ease.
You’ll receive reminders and links beforehand — and you can always message me if tech issues come up.
3. Your Personalized Plan Begins
After our conversation, I’ll create a custom treatment plan tailored to your needs. This may include nutrition, herbal medicine, supplements, lab testing, and mind-body strategies.
You'll receive a written copy after the visit — and we’ll book a follow-up in 3–6 weeks to see how things are going.
Final Words
Virtual naturopathic care offers deep, meaningful support — from the comfort of home. My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and truly supported on your health journey.
If you’re ready to get started, I’d be honored to work with you. [
